Over a series of days the work layers and gathers resonance, allowing your body to safely drop into another level of unwinding. Each retreat is entirely customized, creating a spacious container to support somatic transitions of any kind. The opportunity throughout the retreat is to lay aside other activities as much as possible, leaving more space to focus on integration and relaxation.
